Controller
The controller is the individual who owns naessito.com and uses Naessito as a professional name. Privacy contact: naessito.com@gmail.com.
Data and purpose
If you use the form, the data processed may include your name, contact details, requested service, project information, website, budget, deadline and any files you choose to attach. This information is used only to assess your enquiry, reply to you and, where relevant, prepare or manage a professional relationship.
The hosting service and content delivery network (CDN) may process IP address, browser, date, requests and other technical data to deliver and protect the website. CDN protection may check browser signals and IP reputation to detect and block malicious traffic. No commercial profiles are created.
Legal basis
Project enquiries are processed in order to take pre-contractual steps requested by you. Security, abuse prevention and technical operation rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
Service providers
Hostinger provides hosting and the CDN to deliver, optimise and protect content. Tally BV provides the form and processes responses on behalf of this website's owner. Opening the Contact page also connects the browser to Tally and its technical providers. Tally states that responses are stored in Europe. Its privacy and data-processing documents explain its use of providers and, where applicable, international transfers.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while they are needed to reply and assess the project. If a professional relationship begins, the necessary data may be retained for that relationship and for the periods required to handle possible legal responsibilities. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's security and maintenance periods.
When you use Naessito’s Buddy, Cloudflare processes the request and OpenAI receives your question and recent context to generate an answer. Avoid personal or confidential details. The conversation stays only in this page’s memory; the usage ledger stores the date, a pseudonymous session identifier or, in older versions, an IP-derived identifier and reserved spend, not questions or the original IP. Ledger entries older than 35 days are deleted daily. OpenAI requests use store: false; this does not exclude security logs the provider may retain.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability free of charge by writing to naessito.com@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
