Summary
The website's own code does not set analytics, advertising, tracking or remarketing cookies. It keeps a functional language preference in the browser. In addition, if Hostinger's CDN requests a browser check, passing it stores a verification cookie to remember the result and avoid repeating the check while it remains valid. Its purpose is to protect access against bots and malicious traffic.
Language preference
There is no initial language-choice screen. When you first visit the home page and no preference has been saved yet, the website reads the language list configured in your browser through navigator.languages. It opens the Spanish version for Spanish, Catalan or Valencian, Galician, Basque, Asturian, Aragonese and Aranese or Occitan; it opens the English version for English and as the fallback for other languages. This mechanism does not use your IP address, geolocation or GPS.
The version you open is saved in local browser storage under the key naessito-locale, both when you open a page and when you switch languages. It remains there until you open another version or clear the site's data. It is not used for advertising, analytics or profiling.
Tally form
The Contact page embeds a form hosted by Tally. Opening it connects the browser to Tally and to the technical providers that service uses to load and protect the form. Naessito's code does not configure advertising or analytics cookies for the form. Tally controls the technical configuration of its service and publishes its own cookie policy.
Removing the preference
You can remove naessito-locale through your browser's site-data settings. The website will use the browser's preferred languages again on your next visit to the home page.
